Minsheng Education Group Co. Ltd. has announced a new financing agreement with China CITIC Bank International Limited. On May 23, 2025, the company entered into a facility letter with CITIC Bank International, securing a revolving loan of up to RMB300,000,000 or its equivalent in Hong Kong dollars $(HKD)$ and United States dollars (US$). The loan's final maturity date is set to be no later than one year from the date of the first withdrawal. As part of the agreement, Mr. Li Xuechun, the chairman and ultimate controlling shareholder of Minsheng Education Group, must maintain a minimum shareholding control of 51%. This announcement complies with the disclosure requirements under Rule 13.18 of the Listing Rules, with ongoing obligations to be reported in future interim and annual reports.
