iDreamSky Technology (HKG:1119) completed the placing of 100,252,800 shares to at least six investors at HK$0.72 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$70.2 million, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The shares represent 5.67% of the game developer's enlarged issued share capital.

The firm will use proceeds from the placing for development and promotion expenditures related to the global launch of its self-developed anime competitive shooting game Strinova.
