Flutter Entertainment (FLUT) said Friday it priced multi-currency debt offerings, including US dollar, euro, and British pound-denominated senior secured notes due 2031.
The company, through its Flutter Treasury DAC subsidiary, priced $1 billion of 5.875% senior secured notes, 550 million euros ($623.5 million) of 4% notes and 450 million pounds ($606.4 million) of 6.125% notes.
An application will be made to list the new notes on the International Stock Exchange. The settlement of the notes is expected to occur on or around June 4.
Flutter Entertainment also priced its new US dollar-denominated term loan B facility.
The proceeds from the debt offerings and a term loan B facility are expected to be used to repay the company's bridge facility and for general corporate purposes, Flutter said.
