BlockBeats News, May 23rd, CZ clarified in a post on Platform X that a few days ago, The Wall Street Journal (through their PR team) presented him with a long list of questions filled with errors and negative assumptions. CZ's team told them that "there are many inaccuracies and unfounded inferences among them."
CZ stated, "I am not a middleman for anyone. I did not 'introduce Mr. Sakib to the WLFI Foundation team.' They knew each other long before, and I only met Mr. Sakib for the first time in Pakistan. I did not 'make referrals for overseas trips for the WLFI Foundation.'"
CZ stated that The Wall Street Journal is just a mouthpiece. There are some forces in the United States that want to hinder the efforts to make the U.S. the capital of cryptocurrency. They want to attack cryptocurrency, global cryptocurrency leaders, and governments that support cryptocurrency.
In previous news, WSJ reported that CZ was involved in the Middle East leg of the WLFI Founder's trip, likening the introduction to "The Godfather."
