Consequently, CBIZ has been engaged as the new accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. Notably, there were no disagreements between WinVest and Marcum regarding accounting principles or practices, though a material weakness was identified in internal controls over financial reporting. This included issues related to the protection of funds, compliance with an investment management trust agreement, and incorrect tax filings in Delaware, as revealed in WinVest's 2024 Annual Report.
