Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Limited's (BOM:532738) promoter, Tarun Chaturvedi, will carry forward the unsubscribed portion of equity shares from the non-retail segment of the ongoing Offer for Sale (OFS) to the retail segment, according to a Wednesday filing on the local bourse.

The OFS, launched on May 21 for non-retail investors, received bids for 4 million shares out of the 7 million shares offered.

Following SEBI guidelines, the remaining shares will be available for subscription on May 22 for retail investors and non-retail investors opting to carry forward their bids.

The shares are being sold through separate windows on BSE and NSE.
