Japan Kyosei Group (HKG:0627) expects a net loss of between about 1.04 billion yuan and 1.05 billion yuan for 2024, up from 686.7 million yuan a year prior, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The property developer attributed the loss mainly to the provision for litigation and tax surcharges, higher expected credit loss allowances, and a loss on the deemed disposal of a subsidiary.
