** Shares of utility firm AES Corp AES.N rise 1.2% to $11.37 premarket

** Company says it has signed two long-term power purchase agreements with Meta META.O

** AES to deliver 650 megawatt solar capacity to support Meta's data centers in Texas and Kansas

** As of last close, AES down 12.7% YTD
