Intraco (SGX:I06) issued its seventeenth series of commercial paper in digital securities denominated in Singapore Dollars under the SDAX CP Facility Program, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
These commercial paper was issued for a tenor of 44 days at an interest rate of 3.8% per annum, raising SG$18.2 million from accredited investors
At the same time, the company issued its thirteenth series of commercial paper in digital securities denominated in US Dollars under the SDAX CP Facility Program.
The commercial paper was issued for a tenor of 44 days at an interest rate of of 5.0% per annum, raising SG$5.5 million from accredited investors.
Taurus Point Capital was the advisor to the company on the facility program and the tokens.
Shares of the company surged over 10% in recent trading.
