Chorus (NZE:CNU, ASX:CNU) said it now expects its up to NZ$170 million capital notes offer to open on May 26, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The offer will close on May 29. All unsecured, subordinated, redeemable, cumulative, interest-bearing capital notes under the offer will be issued on June 6. Quotation on the NZX debt market is expected on June 9, per the filing.
The updated timeline follows confirmation from S&P Global Ratings of its equity content treatment of the capital notes, the filing stated.
