Callan JMB (CJMB) said Wednesday it formed a joint venture with Revival Health to provide US supply chain services and infrastructure for health and wellness products.
Financial terms were not provided.
The company said the venture is expected to support Revival Health's imports and domestic production, combining Callan JMB's logistics and cold chain operations with Revival Health's focus on preventive care.
Callan JMB said its Coldchain Technology Services unit will manage transportation, warehousing, regulatory compliance, and quality control.
Shares of the company were up more than 8% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
