Infragreen Group, owner of recycling and renewable energy projects led by ex Macquarie banker Declan Sherman and backed by furniture billionaire John Van Lieshout, has launched a run at the ASX boards.
Street Talk can reveal Infragreen’s bankers, Barrenjoey and Morgans, have mailed out a term sheet for its IPO to raise $40 million.
