Ircon International (NSE:IRCON, BOM:541956) has secured a contract from South Western Railway, Indian Railways, to survey, design, supply, install, test, and commission KAVACH equipment and related works over 778 route kilometers in the Bengaluru and Mysuru Divisions, according to a Tuesday filing on the local bourse.

The domestic works contract is valued at 2.54 billion Indian rupees, was awarded. The project is expected to be completed within 18 months from the date of the Letter of Acceptance.
