The company clarified that due to a clerical error, the profit guarantee period for Targets A and B was misstated. The correct profit guarantee period for both targets is one year, spanning from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. This guarantee is net of taxation and excludes extraordinary items and minority interests. Additionally, Shenghui will assign personnel to oversee the operations of the acquired companies, ensuring that the vendors fulfill their undertakings as per the Sale and Purchase Agreements.
