Lykos Appoints Non-Executive Chair, Interim CEO

Lykos Metals (ASX:LYK) said current Non-Executive Director, David Wheeler has been appointed as non-executive chair, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Wheeler will succeed outgoing Non-Executive Chairman Anna Sloboda, the filing said.

Current Executive Director and Non-Executive Director of GTI Energy (ASX:GTR) and Regenerate Resources (ASX:R8R), Petar Tomasevic, has been appointed as interim chief executive officer, effective Friday, the filing added.

Tomasevic will earn a remuneration of AU$200,000 per annum, the company said.

Shares of GTI Energy rose 14% in recent Friday trade.
