Solvar (ASX:SVR) acquired a 19.9% interest in financial services company Earlypay (ASX:EPY), according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Earlypay offers working capital finance to Australian small and medium-sized enterprises through equipment finance and invoice finance products, the filing said.

Solvar shares slid 1% in afternoon trade Friday, while Earlypay shares fell 5%.
