Fortescue (ASX:FMG) said Chief Operating Officer Shelley Robertson resigned to pursue non-executive director opportunities, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company also appointed Agustin Pichot as chief executive of growth and energy, effective July 1, with Mark Hutchinson retiring as CEO of energy, the filing said.
