Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTSH) said Thursday it is expanding its collaboration with Pegasystems (PEGA) to help enterprises modernize legacy systems using artificial intelligence.

The partnership will combine Cognizant's agentic AI services with Pegasystems' Blueprint technology to address issues such as poor customer experience, inefficient processes, and limited real-time data access.

Cognizant said the collaboration aims to support enterprises move beyond traditional "lift-and-shift" modernization approaches toward AI-powered transformations that reimagine business processes and improve outcomes.
