CK Asset Holdings Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 22nd May, 2025. The proposals included receiving the audited financial statements and reports for the year ended 31st December, 2024, which was approved. A final dividend declaration was also approved. The election of Mr. Kam Hing Lam and Dr. Chiu Kwok Hung, Justin as Directors was confirmed. Additionally, a general mandate to buy back shares of the Company was granted to the Directors. All proposals were approved as ordinary resolutions.
