Soluna (SLNH) said Thursday it signed a term sheet for Project Annie, a 75 megawatt data center co-located with a 114 megawatts solar farm in northeast Texas.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The project intends to convert underutilized solar energy to computing, the company said, adding that it will now focus on completing power purchase deals, land agreements, and ERCOT planning for the project.
Soluna's stock was up 3.6% in recent premarket activity.
