Green Future Food Hydrocolloid Marine Science (HKG:1084) has proposed renaming itself to Green Fresh Biotechnology to better align with its focus on seaweed-based biotech products.
The change awaits shareholder and regulatory approval, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
This new proposal, set to be voted on at an extraordinary general meeting on June 6, replaces an earlier suggested name, the filing noted.
