Frasers Logistics and Commercial Trust (SGX:BUOU) issued 386,833 new units to its manager at SG$0.8436 per unit as payment of divestment fees of SG$326,333, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

The amount is in respect of the divestment of minority interests in various companies which hold interests in properties located in Europe.

Following the issuance of the new units, the manager has an interest in 19,200,207 units.
