Gorilla Gold Mines (ASX:GG8) completed the acquisition of the residual 49% stake in the Comet Vale gold project in Western Australia from Sand Queen Gold Mines after the completion of all conditions precedent, including a AU$3 million cash payment, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The firm plans to grow the high-grade gold resource base at the Comet Vale project, the filing said.
