0919 GMT - Vinci's traffic figures for the month of April rose on year, and at a quicker pace than in March, Jefferies analysts say in a research note. Passenger traffic rose 9.4% on year in April and compares with the 4.9% growth achieved in March, the analysts say. Passenger traffic over the course of the year so far rose 7.1%. The increase was driven by strength in Portugal, Serbia, Hungary, Mexico, and Japan, the analysts say. The company also benefited from the timing of Easter as traffic on Vinci's managed motorways rose 3.9% last month with light vehicle traffic rising 4.8%. Vinci shares trade 0.2% down at 128.55 euros.
