Ding Yi Feng Holdings Group International's (HKG:0612) chief executive officer Luk Hong Man, Hammond, and chief investment officer, Zhang Xi, have resigned from their positions, effective June 27, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Luk and Zhang stepped down to attend to other commitments, the filing sid.

The firm is in the process of identifying suitable candidates for the vacant positions.
