MSCI (MSCI) and Intapp (INTA) said Wednesday they signed a memorandum of understanding to form a partnership that will provide professionals with improved private capital market intelligence.
The planned collaboration will make MSCI's private capital, real asset and deal data available directly within Intapp's DealCloud deal and relationship management platform, the companies said.
They said streamlined access to market intelligence within DealCloud will enhance transparency, improve the availability of sourcing and origination-related data, and increase the analytical rigor of investment decisions.
The companies said they are working on a final agreement after which MSCI's data will become available on DealCloud in the coming months.
