Dasin Retail Trust (SGX:CEDU) was granted a six-month moratorium after an appeal against the decision made by Zhang Zhencheng was dismissed by the Court of Appeal, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

The court also affirmed a previous decision of requiring costs to be paid to the trust's manager.

Previously, the trust had secured a Singapore court order affirming an interim arbitration ruling that blocks attempts to remove its trustee-manager.
