H2G Green's (SGX:5AI) indirect subsidiary, P5, entered into a non-binding letter of intent with Italian design furniture brand and industrial group Molteni Group to dispose of certain assets, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Under the agreement, certain fixed assets, inventories, ongoing business projects and the novation or assignment of an existing lease for a showroom will be sold to Molteni.
