Stockland Corporation Limited has unveiled The Fields, a new residential neighbourhood within the Calderwood Valley community in the Illawarra region. This development, set against the picturesque Illawarra escarpment, is designed to offer a connected lifestyle with easy access to major roads, Wollongong, and the beaches near Shellharbour. The Fields will feature nearly 270 flat lots, with sizes up to 570 square metres, catering to first home buyers, families, and downsizers. The first 20 lots will be available from May 31, starting at $370,000. Future amenities include schools, a retail precinct, and a community centre, with upgrades to Calderwood Road enhancing connectivity. The Calderwood Retail Village, expected later this year, will bring a Woolworths supermarket, childcare, and other facilities to the area.
