SSAW Hotels & Resorts Group (SHE:301073) partnered with Choice Hotels to exclusively develop Comfort and Quality brands in mainland China under a 20-year franchise agreement.
The deal also integrates the company's 68 Junting hotels into Choice Hotels' global booking platforms, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The agreement's term is until Dec. 31, 2045.
