Accent Group (ASX:AX1) said that its Chairman and nonexecutive director, David Gordon, will retire at the end of the firm's annual general meeting on Nov. 21, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Lawrence Myers will succeed Gordon as chairman, the filing said.
