Concord Healthcare Group Co. Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on May 27, 2025. During the meeting, the election of directors and supervisors was approved. Additionally, the appointment of senior management members, including Ms. FU Xiao as general manager (president), Mr. CHANG Liang as executive president, Ms. CHANG Ying as financial director, and Mr. PAN Lichen as secretary of the Board, was also approved.
