SBI Shinsei Bank, a subsidiary of SBI Holdings (TYO:8473), has commenced a tender offer to acquire additional shares of NEC Capital Solutions (TYO:8793) at close to 15 billion yen or 3,750 yen per share.
SBI Shinsei Bank intends to acquire nearly 4 million shares, increasing SBI Shinsei Bank's ownership in NEC Capital Solutions from 33.29% to up to 43.48%, according to its Tokyo Bourse filing on Monday.
Importantly, the tender offer is not intended to delist NEC Capital Solutions, ensuring its continued listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market.
