Aspen's (SGX:1F3) wholly owned subsidiaries, Aspen Vision Land, Aspen Vision All and Aspen Vision Development, entered into a subscription and shareholders' agreement with Kerjaya Prospek Ventures to set out their commitments with regards to the subscription of shares in the capital of Aspen Vision Land and to regulate their rights as shareholders.

Under the agreement, Kerjaya Prospek Ventures will subscribe for and Aspen Vision Land will allot and issue 4,410,000 shares and 935,900 redeemable preference shares for an aggregate consideration of 98 million ringgit.

Aspen Vision Development will subscribe for and Aspen Vision Land will also allot and issue 271,000 shares for an aggregate consideration of 271,000 ringgit.
