Black Cat Syndicate (ASX:BC8) said the surface drilling program at the Kal East gold operation in Western Australia suggested a potential cut-back to the historic open pit at the Imperial deposit, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The program yielded up to one meter at 25.3 grams per tonne grade of gold from 97 meters, with results to be incorporated into the overall Kal East mine plan, the filing said.
Meanwhile, mine development drilling started at the Fingals deposit, with approximately 20,000 meters of reverse circulation drilling, per the filing.
