The Hour Glass' (SGX:AGS) wholly-owned subsidiary, The Hour Glass Australia, completed the acquisition of an Australian SPV for a consideration of AU$90 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

The name of the SPV was changed to THGRAU on April 10.

Following the completion of the acquisition, the SPV is now an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
