Jinyuan EP (SHE:000546) said two of its subsidiaries have been ordered a combined 7.2 million yuan in back taxes.

The Shangrao Tax Bureau ordered Shangrao Jinqianwan Copper to pay 4.7 million yuan and Jiangxi Xinjinye Industrial to pay 2.5 million yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

Shares of the cement maker rose 3% in recent trade.
