Sentral REIT Unit to Buy Retail Units in Malaysian Development for MYR70 Million

Sentral REIT (KLSE:SENTRAL) unit Sentral REIT Management signed a tripartite deal with Arcoris, and Sun Victory, for the proposed acquisition retail units and parking bays in Arcoris Plaza Development.

The trust will acquire 38 stratified retail units and 1,432 car park bays of the development, in Mont' Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for 70 million ringgit, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.

The deal is expected to close by the fourth quarter, the real estate fund said.

The company will finance the deal via bank borrowings, it said.
