Top Shelf International Holdings (ASX:TSI) said that winding-up proceedings initiated by the Australian Taxation Office against its unit, Top Shelf International, have been dismissed by the Federal Court of Australia, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The dismissal follows the full repayment of the unit's historical excise debt, the filing said.
