Walt Disney's (DIS) "Lilo & Stitch" and Paramount Global's (PARA) "Mission: Impossible" films drew crowds to US theaters and helped set a new box office record for the three-day Memorial Day weekend.
The top 10 films of the weekend generated $326.7 million in box office revenue in the US and Canada, according to a Reuters summary of Comscore's estimates of ticket sales from Friday through Monday.
Other top-grossing films included Warner Brothers' (WBD) "Final Destination Bloodlines" and "Sinners."
