BeiGene (ONC) said Tuesday it has changed its name to BeOne Medicines and completed its redomiciliation to Switzerland.

The company said its shareholders approved the new name and redomiciliation to Switzerland from the Cayman Islands on April 28.

The transition to its new name throughout its global operations will take effect in phases, the company added.

BeOne's shares were up more than 1% in early trading Tuesday.
