This partnership marks a significant expansion into HUD Housing Choice and affordable housing markets, reinforcing Cloudastructure's role in the multifamily housing sector. The subscribed communities, which combine affordable and market-rate housing, have struggled with security issues such as loitering and illegal dumping. To address these challenges, they will implement Cloudastructure's AI-driven Remote Guarding solution, which offers real-time threat detection and intervention. The initiative also includes special pricing to support the nonprofit's mission of improving safety in underserved neighborhoods, with two properties utilizing Cloudastructure's new flexible financing program, allowing for enhanced security without substantial upfront costs.
