Great Atlantic Resources Corp.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Golden Promise Mines Inc., has received approval from the Newfoundland and Labrador government to conduct diamond drilling at the Golden Promise Property. The permit allows for up to 33 drill holes, totaling approximately 8,000 meters, to be drilled in the Jaclyn Zone. This initiative aims to explore the central to eastern regions of the JMZ, areas that have seen less previous drilling, with the objective of increasing the zone's inferred resources. The subsidiary plans to focus on gold-bearing quartz veins and expects to generate an updated NI 43-101 technical report and resource estimate following the completion of the drilling.
