This nearly completed five-acre redevelopment, led by Ocean Terrace Holdings and envisioned by Sandor Scher and Alex Blavatnik, aims to be a community cornerstone by integrating natural beauty with resilient infrastructure. Designed by renowned landscape architect Raymond Jungles, the park features boardwalks, seating areas, native landscaping, and turtle-friendly lighting, fostering sustainability and walkability. Jacobs is in charge of engineering, design, and construction observation, ensuring the project enhances safety, accessibility, and resilience against climate variability.
