Changan Minsheng APLL Logistics (HKG:1292) completed the issue of 40 million new inclusive domestic shares to China South Industries Assets Management on Monday, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The parties had first entered into the share issue agreement in August 2024, according to the provider of supply chain management services for automobiles.

Following completion, China South Industries Assets Management and the party acting in concert with it hold around 40.2% of the firm's issued share capital.

Net proceeds of a maximum of 100.9 million yuan will be fully invested in the company's overseas capacity building and smart logistics construction wing.
