American Rare Earths Ltd. has announced significant progress in its Cowboy State Mine project, part of the Halleck Creek Rare Earths Project in Wyoming, USA. The company has successfully installed 10 groundwater monitoring wells, marking a major milestone in advancing the permitting process with the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality. This step is crucial for securing a state mining permit. The project, located on state-managed land, benefits from a streamlined permitting process compared to those on federal lands. Baseline environmental and groundwater data collection is underway, which will support mine permit applications and a Pre-Feasibility Study $(PFS)$ expected to be completed in late 2025. This initiative is part of ARR's strategy to develop one of the largest and most strategically important rare earth projects in the United States, enhancing the nation's critical minerals supply chain.
