OpenLearning (ASX:OLL) signed a five-year usage-based platform software-as-a-service agreement with the National University in the Philippines, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The firm's platform was selected in a competitive process for the implementation of the university's learning management systems across all of its campus locations.
The minimum contracted fees are expected to be $80,000 per year, with a total minimum contract value of $400,000 over five years. The company expects to receive up to AU$250,000 in total annual fees per year once the system is fully implemented across all the campuses.
Its shares jumped 20% on market close on Tuesday.
