Horizon Technology Finance Corporation has announced a significant update regarding its financial agreements. On May 23, 2025, Horizon Funding II, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, executed a First Supplemental Indenture with U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, amending the existing Indenture dated June 21, 2024. This amendment extends the Legal Final Payment Date to June 2034. Additionally, the company has entered into an Amended and Restated Note Funding Agreement, increasing the commitment amount to $200 million and extending the investment period termination date to June 21, 2028. Interest rates for new borrowings have been fixed at the greater of 5.00% or the Pricing Benchmark plus 2.95%.
