G50 (ASX:G50) will divest its non-core Nevada precious metals projects to Renegade Exploration (ASX:RNX) for nil consideration, with Renegade assuming all future obligations, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The sale includes the Broken Hills, Caisson, Spitfire, and Top Gun projects, and is expected to close by May 31, the filing said.
The move allows it to focus on its flagship Golconda Project in Arizona and the White Caps Project in Nevada, the filing added.
