NSF has been selected as the preferred certification body for Xometry's Thomasnet®, a digital platform connecting industrial buyers with over 500,000 suppliers across the U.S. Through this agreement, suppliers on Thomasnet will have the opportunity to earn various certifications from NSF's extensive portfolio, including management system certifications. The collaboration aims to assist suppliers in enhancing their supply chain resilience and improving flexibility amid current supply chain pressures. Additionally, NSF and Thomasnet will jointly promote certifications, such as the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), which is increasingly required for U.S. Department of Defense contracts. This partnership underscores Xometry's commitment to providing American manufacturers with tools to grow their businesses by reaching new audiences and strengthening supply chain resiliency.
